Shipping and Charges

In case of delivery delays or not available artocles, we will inform you immediately and contact you personally (via e-mail) to discuss further steps.

We reuse packaging/cartons where possible! If you are nearby and to save shipping, you are welcome to pick up your order in person. Just make an appointment with us!

Shipping and Shipping Costs:

Standard delivery (within 7 days after payment) only Germany/DHL/Deutsche Post: 5,90 Euros
Deliveries will be made within 7 days after payment through the customer.

There are no shipping costs within Germany if your order is above 50 Euros (in case it still shows shipping costs then, please contact us).

Following delivery costs are only the standard DHL/Deutsche Post shipping costs for up to 3 kg weight. Please don't hesitate to contact us before you place your order to find out the exact shipping costs, for your order. Sometimes there are better (cheaper) options possible. If you only want to order a small amount and you can tell us exactly what you wish to order, we might find a way to send you your goods chaper than stated below.

International shipping zone 1 (EU), 2 (EU and non EU) and 3 (EU) by Deutsche Post/DHL : 14,50 Euros
Deliveries will be made within 1-10 days after payment through the customer.

International shipping Europe non EU, Zone 1 per DHL: 23,00 Euros
Deliveries will be made within 1-20 days after payment through the customer.

International shipping Europe non EU, zone 3 by DHL 23,00 Euros
Deliveries will be made within 1-20 days after payment through the customer.

International shipping Europe non EU, zone 4 by DHL 27,00 Euros
Deliveries will be made within 1-20 days after payment through the customer.

International shipping Europe non EU, zone 4 by DHL 29,50 Euros
Deliveries will be made within 1-20 days after payment through the customer.

Deliveries will be made within 1-30 days after payment through the customer.

International orders are german tax free. Please note that a import turnover tax might be collected in your country upon the basis of the sum of invoice value and import duties, which are at the customers expense.

For shipping costs in all other countries: Please don't hesitate to contact us before money transfer to find out the exact shipping costs!

Returns:

The buyer has to bear the return costs, we will not refund the shipping costs. If a parcel is sent back to us because of false address or other reasons which were the customers fault, we will also charge you 6,00€.

- please fill in the form received with your delivery and send it back with your returns within 14 days.

- Please send an e-mail: kundenservice@ranina-shop.de/or call us on 0049 89 40269543 (9:00 am - 15:00 pm) before you return any goods, telling us that and what you want to return.
- Please send the returns back to us in original packaging, unwashed, with lables and insured, as we can't assume liabillity for lost returns, to following address:

- After we have received and checked the returns, we will immediately refund the costs to your bank account or paypal account.

- If you need to swap items, you will have to follow the same procedure and place a new order with your desired new item.
